Healthy Students Healthy Saugus
Support Our Fundraising Team for The Walk for Hunger
The Saugus Chapter of National Honor Society has joined Project Bread's The Walk for Hunger for the 2nd year in a row to help get food relief to kids and families across Massachusetts.
Last year we attended a conference with Project Bread, learned about fighting food insecurity, and created a project to help! We have been partnering with Healthy Students Healthy Saugus since last year! Our students currently volunteer weekly helping to fill bags for Saugus students with HS2. And for the 2nd year we will be walking for HS2! 40% of our fundraising goes to Project Bread to help on students around the state and 60% goes to HS2 to help local students in our community!!!
We know that you agree no one should go without a meal, yet Project Bread estimates that 1 in 5 households with children across the Commonwealth are facing hunger right now.
With so many struggling during this challenging time, no one should worry about where their next meal will come from or if they'll able to feed their children.
Will you join our effort to get food relief to hungry kids and families in Massachusetts?
We created this fundraising team to provide much needed support to our neighbors facing food insecurity and hunger right now, and we are asking you to join us in our cause.
Click on the DONATE NOW button above and let's ensure kids and families have food on the table during this crisis and beyond!
We thank you for helping us!!!
Help us reach our goal!
