Help people get the food they need during COVID-19 crisis!
The Walk for Hunger has always been about a promise to provide relief to those struggling with food insecurity. And while the physical walk will not take place this year — as it has for the past 51 years — Project Bread will fulfill their promise to support those most in need of help.
COVID-19 is seriously impacting food insecurity for those most vulnerable in Massachusetts.
Your donation supports rapid response to this crisis, so no one goes hungry:
Your gift right now will ensure children continue to receive school meals while their schools are closed. Massachusetts residents can call Project Bread's FoodSource Hotline for assistance in finding food.
I know times are difficult right now but I can't reach my goal of helping as many people as possible without your help, so please consider making a donation if you are able — whether it's $25, $50, or even $5.
We must all do our part to stop the spread of this virus. Now is when we need to come together to protect our community. Now is the time to act.
Thank you so much for taking care of our neighbors in need! For hunger and food resources in Massachusetts, visit www.projectbread.org/covid19.
